How to Use the $500 Hotel Gift Card
Below is an instructional video along with written instructions on how to use your $500 Hotel Gift Card.
Step 1: Activate Your $500 Hotel Gift Card
After receiving your $500 Hotel Gift Card and activation code:

Click “Have an Activation Code? Redeem Now”

Enter your activation code exactly as shown (do not copy/paste)
Activation creates your secure account, which is used to:

Manage your gift card balance

Access unpublished hotel rates
-
Reload additional value (optional)
Step 2: Complete the Activation Form
Fill in the required information:

First Name

Last Name
-
Phone Number
-
Email Address
This information is used only to identify you for access to unpublished hotel rates and to manage your gift card.
Step 3: Accept the Terms and Continue
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed.
Important:
References to “membership” in the system reflect the complimentary membership included with your gift card, which is required to access unpublished hotel rates.
There are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or ongoing payment obligations.
Click Agree to continue.
Step 4: Plan Your Stay
Once activated:

Choose your destination
-
Select your hotel and travel dates
-
View discounted hotel pricing, including unpublished rates not available to the general public
Savings may vary by hotel, destination, season, and availability.
Step 5: Apply Your Gift Card Value
At checkout, you will be prompted to apply your available hotel gift card value:

Enter the dollar amount you wish to apply

Click Apply
-
The gift card value is applied to the discounted hotel price
You will then see the adjusted total before completing your booking.
Step 6: Complete Your Reservation
Finish your reservation by paying any remaining balance after the gift card value is applied.
You may use your gift card balance across multiple bookings until the full $500 value is used.
Step 7: Manage Your Account & Gift Card Settings
From the home page, click My Account (upper-right corner).
Your account allows you to:

View your remaining gift card balance

Review booking history
-
Update your password
-
Manage optional reloads

Step 8: Reload Your Gift Card (Optional)
Once your initial $500 value is used, you may reload your card with additional value at any time.
To reload:

Go to My Account
-
Select Hotel Dollar Transactions

Enter the desired reload amount
-
Click Add Hotel Dollars
Reloaded value is added instantly and may be used toward future discounted hotel stays.
Reloading is optional and does not require any recurring fees.
Step 9: Reload Your Gift Card (Optional)
To add additional value to your $500 Hotel Gift Card, return to My Account and select Hotel Dollar Transactions.
Enter the desired reload amount and apply it to your card. Reloaded hotel dollars are added instantly and can be used toward future discounted hotel stays.
